Returns to Le Creuset

Anyone have any experience? I was browning some sausage in my dutch oven when all of a sudden the lining started cracking and flying all over the kitchen (and man when it lands on your skin is it hot!). It's less than a year old.

  1. Call them. They will tell you what to do. They stand behind their product. That sounds like a real flaw. I had a piece go through a house fire without something like that happening. It was black and filthy and with the help of some oven cleaner it is still in frequent use 15 years later.

    1. I had a pan crack after my husband dropped it. They replaced the whole thing.
