What to do with sweet piquante peppers

I bought a jar of sweet piquante peppers for a chicken recipe and have a ton leftover. Actually, I don't think I bought he right peppers to begin with (called for sweet cherry peppers.. I'm not sure if they're the same).

Does anyone have any ideas for how to use them up? Thanks!

Use them in a sandwich spread. Dice some onion, celery, stuffed green olives and chop some capers along with some of the cherry peppers. Then add just enough mayonnaise to make the mixture spreadable. I do not measure stuff, so I cannot give you measurements because I eyeball the amounts. This spread goes well with ham, chicken or turkey as well as canned tuna.

Stuff with a little feta cheese, a sprinking of garlic and whatever fresh herb you have on hand, drizzle with olive oil and bake until the cheese is melty. The sweet-hot, creamy and salty combination is very nice. I put these out with an antipasto platter sometimes.
