The Waterboy is good. Organic meats as well.

I'm a big fan of Rick's gnocchi and it looks like he has a version with an oxtail ragu on the menu now, yum.

And I'll third the sweetbreads.

Ditto on the sweetbreads. They are always on the menu but the preparation changes frequently. I love the fresh fish specials. The fish is always impeccably fresh and the preparation is rarely too fussy.

My Dad loves their sweetbreads (on the menu as an appetizer) and I really love their scallops. Dayboats. Yummy.
