I've just been told The Waterboy is where I want o head when i come home in January. What should i ewnjoy there?
Ditto on the sweetbreads. They are always on the menu but the preparation changes frequently. I love the fresh fish specials. The fish is always impeccably fresh and the preparation is rarely too fussy.
I'm a big fan of Rick's gnocchi and it looks like he has a version with an oxtail ragu on the menu now, yum.
And I'll third the sweetbreads.
