Eating Out In San Antonio [Moved from Texas]

Just wanted to share a local resource that may help some of you find some good places to eat in the city.

www.SAeats.com

It lets you rate and review, check out menus and see what's out there.
So far there's over 800 restaurants listed.
Anyhow, hope this isn't taken as spam, just wanting to pass on the info to fellow San Antonians or people who are visiting soon.

I hate to say this, but SAeats seems to have very few reviews and menus/descriptions. It is more like a list of restaurants. And the few reviews it does have are rather, er, how shall I put it, a bit ... simplistic. It must be just starting out...

Well it's faster than a phone book that's for sure.
You should leave some reviews and help it grow. =)

I attended professional meetings in San Antonio many years ago that were held at the St. Anthony Hotel. At that time the hotel had a fantastic breakfast buffet, the best that I have ever had in my professional travels. I don't know if that is still true today, but you may wish to look into the possibility.

Thanks for the tip on the St. Anthony Hotel.
The restaurant inside the hotel is called the Madrid Room.
I have not tried it myself, but will look into it.
Good breakfast is always a good find.
