One of the quotes was "now we no longer have food servers, we have sales people." It actually tracks how much a server upsells so management can either reward or "counsel" them. It came over from NYC and I guess a lot of the celebrity chef places use it, but it was a surprise to me. Sounded creepy. That said, I had a decent, if overpriced, dinner with friends at the Voo Doo Cafe. Great view. Also had a nice dinner at Buzio's seafood once. I had a very respectable boulliabaise (sp?)
