What are you cooking today?

I went to Los Cotijas in Tustin for fish tacos.

Based on some reviews on the site I went and tried this place out just now.
It was the best lightly fried fish taco I have had here in SoCal.
It was a little hard to find though. I drove by it the last two weekends. Today I brought the address with me and finally found it.
While it is on 1st near Newport ave. its behind the stores facing the street inside the bigger shoping center.
Anyway I'll defintely be back!
Now if I could just find good Al Pastor localy I'd be real happy...

Thanks for posting. I'll have to try it out.

Al pastor is pretty good at a small chain called Taqueria de Anda. The al pastor burrito with extra onions, extra cilantro and extra green sauce is one of my favorites.

There is a Taqueria de Anda just up the 55 fwy from Tustin off Chapman Avenue in Orange. The restaurant is on Tustin Avenue north of Chapman.

I love these fish tacos, definitely superior to others we've tried, so far everyone I've recommended this place to says the same thing.

Have you tried the al pastor at El Gallo Giro in Santa Ana?
