Where To Buy Huge Portion Of Yang Chow Fried Rice?

Foodaholic Dec 8, 2006 04:22 PM

I know the title is a little ambiguous, however, I assure you I'm totally serious.

Tomorrow I'm going to a potluck where a variety of Asian dishes are being served. I've been assigned to bring a load of Yang Chow fried rice enough to feed 25 people. Since my stove is broken, I am probably going to buy the fried rice, however, I don't want to have to purchase 6-7 orders of it if a restaurant out there can specially make a heap of it in one setting. Catering is a little unnecessary, however, does anyone know of a Manhattan Chinatown restaurant that might be able to accomodate?

Thanks in advance!

I believe most restaurants are able to handle that order. You must call them to place an order in advance and specify the time of pickup. You want it fresh and hot in an aluminum pan.
