Eros - Danforth/Monarch Park

It's where the little Greek place used to be, right at the south-east corner.

Anybody been? Any thoughts, views or opinions?

Yes, it is called Erato. My second bad of the thread. Too much food, too little time.

We stopped in to look at the menu last Friday (yes, it's open) - very conventional Greek. Souvlaki, saganaki, calamari - absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

And if you're a vegetarian? Good luck. I maintain, and will do so til my dying day, that salad is a side dish, not a main course.

Disappointing. And this? Is what replaced the joint that made "Goop" a neighbourhood fixture.

I thought the sign said "Erato".

Anyhow, I'd heard it was going to be Italian, but alas, the sign says Greek.

Wasn't open a week and a half ago when I went by. Is it open now?

"That place" used to be Niko's. The name just came to me.
