Fort Worth area eats?

Hi there,

A colleague and I will be the FW next week -- was wondering if any local chowhounds had some good recs for anything uniquely Dallas-Fort Worthian?

A good steakhouse would be great as well. Thanks in advance.

There is Del Frisco in downtown FW.

I had one of the best steaks in my life at the Chop House downtown. That was about 4 years ago, though.

Of course there is the standards Del Frisco etc. but those you can go to pretty much anywhere.
