Apparently 112 Eatery is on Food and Wine magazine's list of best restaurant dishes of 2006 for the lamb scottadito

    I would ditto the "yellow sprinkles" as being zested lemon

      Hey, cool! I've had their stringozzi w/ lamb sugo and it is divine. Also, I crave their cauliflower fritters, and I can safely say that cauliflower isn't usually that interesting to me. Unfortunately, I don't think I know what scottadito is (Wikipedia let me down!) and I'm pretty sure I've never had 112 Eatery's. (Actually, it seems to be "scorched" lamb chops, if you read the article.

            Hard to say for sure from just the photo but it looks like grated lemon peel
