The food is average for the most part with a few exceptions. They have a nice sized cheese plate and the best guacamole I have ever had. However, I ordered a lobster salad which I could not finish due to lack of flavor. I would say stay away from meals and have appetizers with drinks, it can also get very noisy in there.

It was the site of our firm's holiday christmas party last night. Pretty place -- trying as Adamclyde said for the hip vibe. Drinks I thought were a little weak (I had the cosmopolitan). Food was fine, for buffet food, but not necessarily indicative of a dinner there. All in all, a good party venue.

that's funny, because the first time I went there was for a company get together as well. And I had the same thoughts you did. Next time I went was for a friends birthday, so I was wondering if it would have different food, but seemed to be of very similar quality. good to know I'm not crazy.

I've been a few times. It's OK. They are really going for a hip vibe there, which, imho, translates into a hip bar scene, but just ok food. probably pretty good relative to the other places around, but it's not a place I think of when I want to spend some money on dinner.
All that said, I've really only been twice, so there are probably some gems that I haven't found?

we tried GRAND last night and I must say - even tho we had to rush to get out to a show - the food and service were great. I had a few of the apps and really liked them and the other 3 people I was with also enjoyed their food. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the bar scene there when I am not is a rush. the DJ starts at 10pm so go early to enjoy the food and go late to enjoy the scene.
