Double Fudge Recipe in Chocolate Bar Book
Has anyone made the recipe for double fudge from the book titled Chocolate Bar?
It's a pan of fudge with white chocolate fudge on bottom and a dark choc fudge on top. I'm making it for DH for his birthday this week.
My question is whether there is a misprint when it comes to the amount of bittersweet chocolate in the dark fudge part.
The bottom calls for 8oz of white choc for 2c. sugar, 3/4c. half and half, etc.
The top calls for the same amount of sugar and half and half but only 4 oz. of chocolate.
Should I up to 8? Will it turn out with only 4? Will it be solidify correctly with only 4oz?
