Where can I find a great selection of prosciutto?
Hello hounds. I want to goto a place that has at least five or six varieties. I've been to the Farmer's Market on third as well as the Whole Foods over there and the WF in Hollywood. Please tell me where I can go. Thanks in advance!!!

Right now it's basically 3 kinds: domestic, Parma & Serrano. Many sources for the last two, my favorite one: the Beverly Hills Cheese Store.
Supposedly around 2007 (2008?) more variety ( Ibérico? Pata Negra? Culatello from Parma? Jabugo? ) will be available.
Monte Carlo in Burbank, or one of the many, many Claro's -- Arcadia, San Gabriel, Tustin, etc. etc. You might also try Bay Cities in the People's Republic if you can hack the crowds at the counter (go away from lunch hour if you possibly can).
