Can I get this anywhere in LA right now? I'm dying for some.

If you have a sunny, rocky spot, you can grow your own. California Rare Fruit Growers (www.crfg.org) is a great resource for people interested in growing fruits not often found in retail establishments.

It's all over the place. It was at Gelson's on Wednesday for some retarded price ($12.99 a pound or some such nonsense), it's at 99 Ranch, and I saw it at Olive Marketplace on Oxnard and Whitsett in North Hollywood for $4.49 each or something.

I saw some at Gelson's a few weeks ago, but I don't know if it is a seasonal thing or not.
