Fruit carving class in Toronto

Hi, I'm having a hard time finding a good fruit and vegetable carving class in Toronto. I know Golden Chefs has a great class but its already sold out. Does anyone know of any? IT's for an xmas gift for my bfriend.

    Hi, thanks for the replies. The Golden chef website is http://www.digitalintouch.com/GOLDENC.... They are sold out and can't give me a date of when they will start new classes. As for the Richmond Hill Center, they have discontinued the course because students were complaining that it was too difficult. And the George Brown Course is too long, it is an acutal course that takes several months. Thanks again... guess I have to keep looking!

          how do I find about classes at Golden Chef?
