New Year's Eve Dinner in the Quarter, Marigny, etc.

Hungry4Good Dec 3, 2006 06:51 PM

Does anyone know of a restaurant in the Quarter, +-, that has its regular menu for NY eve? I'm not looking to do a big thing till midnight (Most restaurants have tiny menus at big prices.) The only choices I have found so far are Feelings and Palace Cafe.

If Feelings is open no need to look any further. You will not be disappointed as it is one of the best in New Orleans. After dinner head up to Mimis in the Marigny- a block away, for a cocktail ot 2. It will be happening.

Both of those places are great...though I tend to like the atmosphere more at Feelings.

I'm in the same predicament. What's the price range at Feelings? I want to be close enough to walk to the river for the fireworks at midnight.
