I want to make sugar cookies on Wednesday for a Thursday x-mas party and wondered if I could make the dough today and either leave it in the fridge until then? or freeze it? Thank you for your help.
You can freeze it and bake the dough frozen but bake it another minute or so. If you're rolling, you'd have to defrost but you could roll it into a log and just slice and bake.
everytime I have done either way it works out fine - if u freeze it leave long enought to thaw completely
