HERE IS A RECPIE FROM ANTHNOY'S KICTHEN
6 LARGE CLOVES GARLIC, PEELED AND SLICED
1 POUND SPAGHETTI,
3/4 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1/2 TEASPOON RED PEPPER FLAKE
S/P
20 ITALIAN PARSLEY LEAVES , ROUGHLY CHOPPED
BRING LARE POT OF WATER TO A BOIL . SALT COOK TILL ALDENTE
MEANWHILE IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN, WARM OIL OVER LOW HEAT , ADD SLICED GARLIC COOK FOR 3 MINUTES ( DO NOT BROWN) ADD RED PEPPER AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
WHEN PASTA IS READY , DRAIN TRANSFER TO A SERVING PLATTER. pOUR THE OIL AND GARLIC OVER THE TOP . MIX WELL. ADD PARSLEY SERVE.
