Canape Cookbooks or web sites?

I love appetisers and I have always loved canapes: looking at them and eating them. Stems from parties my folks would have and the special occasions when they would order canapes from "Monica's Catering". Shrimp swans etc. They seem to be a lost art, perhaps too time consuming and expensive to make. I was wondering if there are any cookbooks or other sources where I might learn the art, if only for my own pleasure. Thanks for any help on this.

Martha Stewart's Hors d'Oeuvres cookbook is incredible - alas, I don't own it.

Completely agree... admittedly, I am a Martha fan, but this book (and her Baking Handbook) are great! You will be so inspired, you will be amazed! Just the pictures alone are inspiring.
