Hiyall. Any idea where I can buy mini hot dog buns and slider rolls locally (for a holiday party). Also, any line on mini sausages or dogs to put in them. I will make the sliders myself. Thx

Bristol Farms has little rolls which work well for sliders. I happened to take a cooking class last night where they used Bridgeford frozen rolls cut in half to make mini hot dogs (very high tech class, right?). I thoguht if you just made rolls out of them they would be perfect for sliders. Just cook them in a mini muffin tin. I think you can get them at any chain grocery, and you can also get mini hebrew National dogs there. Cost Co. had mini sausages for a while - probably still do.

Didn't see this until now -- sorry it's after the Holidays. You can buy the mini hotdogs (Vienna pups) at www.viennabeef.com and the mini hotdog buns are supposed to be available from www.alphabaking.com I haven't tried to order them -- if you have trouble, you should double check with the viennabeef site. Their ad mentioned the alpha baking as a source for their mini hotdog in a recent catering magazine.
Alpha Baking also has the mini hamburger buns.
