While I was in Munich I purchased this delicious cheese blend at a deli and now I can't find what it is or how to make some. I have been told that it is something pronounced "Oh-Bah-Sta" made from small pieces of many kinds of cheesed chopped and blended into a smooth and a little chunky dip served with bretzeln (pretzels), etc...any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance - Jim
Cheese Boy where are you ?? LOL ;-)

Oh, now I feel small... Being that I am from the Boston area, that is why I couldn't spell it. "Gotta Pahk Da Kar", the accent threw me off. It is called Obatzter, now to find some recipes, there is nothing better to spread across a Bavarian pretzel.
