Where Can I Buy Csabai Sausage in Kitchener or London?

There is no local source here in Kincardine except the Keady Farmers Market in its season and the available product there is close but not quite right.

I'm using honey Bear, Tuske, and Elizabeth's (is it really gone?) as my benchmark. A local shop stocks the Heidelburg product and it's okay if you can't find the real stuff - it's vacu-packed. I have time issues with both local KW markets, but I expect I'll find the same vendors as Keady and Goderich. I guess what i should have asked is, "Is there a good Hungarian butcher in KW or London?"

Sikorski's in London sells a version of csabai. Haven't tried the csabai before, but I've been happy with other things we've bought at their deli (on Trafalgar near Highbury).

      1. If Hamilton is possible for you, there is a Hungarian meat vendor at the Hamilton Farmers' Market. I'm not an expert judge of csabai sausage but everything I've bought there is pretty tasty!
