Princess Cake in San Diego?

As a marzipan addict, I've been looking for a decent Princess Cake in SoCal. So far I've only tried two places, Andersens in Santa Barbara, and the much touted Gelson's version.

I'm going to be in San Diego this weekend. Anyone know of any bakeries there that have Princess Cake?

Next time you are in Santa Barbara, try the Marzipan cake at CAFE BIANCO (Victoria Court - 1200 block State Street) - it is not as formally made as a Princess Cake but it has all the right elements and is wonderful. Former Austrian owners taught them how to make it well.
