Summit County, CO
Any suggestions on chow for some skiers heading out to Copper Mountain?
Although I live in Eagle County (next one west of Summit), I'll take a shot at recommendations. I like many of the places on Main Street in Frisco. Probably like them better than anything in Breck, Dillon or Silverthorne. Lots of local places to hang and fair prices. For breakfast or lunch, the Log Cabin is a trip, good food and lots of attitude. The Boatyard (or Boatworks) has a good wine list and an interesting menu. The bakery just down the street is good and they make great sandwiches. There is usually a new place just getting started, so ask a local (Copper workers live in Frisco or Leadville).
