Best Brunch for Parents?

I need a place to take my parents to on saturday that is fun for out-of-towners but obviously has good food. Downtown is best

Five Points is a good recommendation. Jane would be another good bet.

Jane's french toast is killer! They have the best Sunday brunch - Saturday, they offer less things than Sunday. But I agree that Five Points is quite good as well. Love Friend of a Farmer in Union Square but no reservations and long line. Balthazar is also quite nice.

Aquagrill, in SOHO, might also be a nice option.

I would second Five Points-- great food, and you can make a reservation.

Recently, we had a parental brunch at Smorgas Chef (where you can also make a res) in the West Village. They loved it!

I also enjoy Alias on Clinton St., if you are in the mood for grits, fried chicken, ect. Great bloody marys.

Paris Commune (West Village)... on Bank (?) and Greenwich St.
I'm addicted. And if my parents were ever in the neighborhood for brunch, I would definitely take them there.
