we have been a fan of ruth adams at casablanca for years. she left in the spring. how is the food now?we haven't had a chance to get there since she left.
The food is fantastic. As good as it ever was IMO.
Any particularly outstanding dishes?
I particularly enjoyed the Roasted Chicken, but that appears to have changed on the Fall menu. Also excellent were the Musabaha and Crispy Thin Eggplant starters.
