I'm going to Cha Liu tomorrow for lunch. I've never been. What's good?
I like the cheung fun with chicken and enoki mushrooms, shiu mai, pae kwot (ribs in black bean sauce), hum sui kwok, wu gok (the infamous furry footballs with pork and taro) and the deboned wings stuffed with sticky rice.
The sticky rice in lotus leaf isn't bad and the bbq pork buns are light and fluffy. There is also a beef with green onion dumpling that's not bad.........
