NYT: When is fish organic?

on the cover of today's NYT, and continued in the business section, is a piece on organic standards and fish.
evidently, wild fish can't be called organic under current standards, and there's an interesting point about farmed fish that wants to be called organic when they feed that fish wild fish meal . . . more information over the continuing puzzlement: what to eat and how to label it . . .

  1. By Nature it should always be--by nurture I'm not sure...

    1. Salmon that is listed as organic is still farm raised but is given "organic" color pellets.
