I don't know of a source for sheep's milk, probably because sheep produce very little milk and there is a shortage even among commercial cheese producers. As for prepared sheep's milk ricotta, I believe the season is over. It is a seasonal spring/early summer product. BHCS carries it in seasonal. The Bellweather Farm's product is superb.
