Can anyone recommend a good place that would take reservations for 60 ppl to have brunch? It's for a bridal shower....

For that large a group I think you'd have to do a buy out, or reserve a banquet room.

You haven't given us much to go on. Knowing your cuisine preferences and the type of ambiance you are looking for would be helpful, but even more important is your budget. Give us a figure and tell us if it includes not only food, but also beverages (wine, liquor), tax & gratuity.

I did one for about 20 downstairs at Capsouto Freres - but this was about 4 years ago. Reasonable. Had it to ourselves practically.

          I'd love to cater it!

alice's tea cup (there are two locations) is very cute, very girly, very sweet and has a private room at the one we planned for our friend (on lexington). i'm not sure whether it accomodates 60 ppl, i think we were about 35 ppl and it was kinda crowded but perhaps you can take the whole second floor. the food is quite good and abundant with tea sandwiches, scones, muffins, and lotsa tea.
