        <content>Did anyone hear it? They were replaying an old interview...I guess she has a new DVD out. She gave a very interesting sweet potato recipe, made with them grated raw and baked, like a custard, with cream and eggs, etc. Would love to get the recipe from someone who wrote it down, or who knows about this dish.

      <content>I just checked my local PBS radio website about the broadcast that you cited. It aired in November of 1997. 

I found a recipe called Old-fashioned Grated Sweet Potato Pudding on page 338 of Shirley Corriher's 1997 book entitled 'cookwise.' Is that the recipe that you're after?</content>
