Dinner under $30 near State & Ohio?

Foodie girls are planning a trip in a few weeks and are looking for good food within walking distance (15 min.) of the Embassy Suites at State & Ohio. Price point is around $30 with a glass of wine. Any ideas?

Cafe Iberico on Wells would be perfect. It's an inexpensive, great tapas restaurant. Be prepared to wait, though. You can have some Sangria in the bar while you wait. Be sure to get the potatas bravas.

You can probably do $30 and under at Quartino too which is right nearby.

Quartino is only a block north of there. It is definitely one of the best food/wine bargains in the area. You could probably get dinner and a few glasses of wine, and still come in on budget.

Although I haven't been there for a while, Chicago's only Armenian restaurant, Sayat Nova, is always fun (albeit a little "quirky"), with good food at very reasonable prices.
