Where's that little street downtown...

...where there are lots of restaurants? It's a one- or two-block side street in the financial district, not known for anything except for its restaurants (many of which have sidewalk streets in the summer). Every now and then there's an article about it in the local papers but I keep forgetting to clip it. Sounds intriguing...does this ring any bells?

    Stone Street is amazing with lots of great places (save the lone, weird Subway sandwich shop there, you really can't go wrong). It's right behind Goldman Sachs at 80 Broad Street.
