FULOON suggestions
diners seeking traditional/authentic dishes. (braised) pork, shrimp, crab, duck, red bean paste, and spice are favorites. steamed pork shoulder, honey pork chop, jiang pao duck, pork pancake, and pork with hot pepper look promising. descriptions and details if possible. heard about nice red bean desserts too
comments, suggestions, and opinions are appreciated. thanks in advance

Here's a good thread: http://www.chowhound.com/topics/308680
I was in Malden today with a huge craving for noodles and tried Fuloon's Szechuan Meat Sauce Noodle. Perfect for a day like this- a subtle spicyness that crept up slowly- tender strips of pork, nicely chewy noodles. shreds of carrot and scallion in a savory sauce. Just what I was looking for.

You're talking about the restaurant in Malden, right? My family is Chinese and likes to eat there. Me, I don't like their food so much. It's tasty, but I believe they use a lot of MSG. That said, their roasted duck is yummy, and I like the soft, chilled tofu (with lots of parsley). If you would like more detailed recommendations, I could ask my parents.
