345447 Fri Nov 24 17:15:38 -0800 2006 8 3 California 0 2044951 I got a (12#) Sisel's turkey from Iowa Meat Farms this year, roasted it off yesterday for Thanksgiving and have to say it was NOT worth the price. I should have gotten a Diestel as usual. The Sisel's bird *was* moist and flavorful but it was incredibly TOUGH. It was tough in the way an old bird is tough and was much more suitable for stewing than for Thanksgiving roasting. I'm stopping by IMF either today or tomorrow to talk to them about it because at over $2/lb, it definitely wasn't worth it and I am not a happy camper. Ralph's was running a special earlier this week (may still be on), Prime Rib for $3.99/lb with a Ralph's card. I shoulda cooked that yesterday...........
