Does anyone know where I can buy fresh "squeaky cheese curds" in the St. Cloud, MN area?

I would think that would be a pretty common product at the grocery stores, but I have not shopped in St Cloud recently

Check to see if you have any farmers' markets available to you - although this might be tough in winter months barring an indoor setting. You can often find cheese vendors with curds.
