Need cranberry recipe from Saveur Nov 2004

I am desperately seeking the cranberry sauce recipe from Saveur's Novenber 2004 issue. We recently moved and I can not find my issue anywhere. The recipe is part of a feature on a guy from Berkley, CA that makes a Thanksgiving every year with an ever changing menu. Thanks to anyone that can provide this for me!!!! Dmatt

  1. I have only a scattered assortment starting in 1995 BUT found Nov 2004:

    paraphrased version is:

    pound of fresh cranberries
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup fresh orange juice
    1 tsp grated lemon zest
    1/2 cup Meyer lemon marmalade (!)-it refers to a page for the recipe but I assume you have a sub- article mentions chopped dried cherries as a sweeter alternate

    All ingredients except marmalade go into pot w/ 1/2 cup water and simmer over medium heat till berries "pop"- 10+ minutes or so. Then stir in the marmalade and cook another 5 minutes on lower heat. Stirring through out is mentioned. Hope this is it. Happy T-Day!

        May be you will be satisfied with this recipe:

        Ingredients per 1 servings:
        4 cups Cranberries
        2 cups Sugar
        1 cups Water
        Select good cranberries and wash well. Cook sugar and water together
        about 10 minutes, add cranberries. Cover pan and cook until
        cranberries stop popping, about 10 minutes. Skim off top if
        necessary, pour into dish and let cool before serving. Source:
