Island Way Grill on Clearwater Beach did my cooking for me this year: classic turkey, giblet gravy, cranberry relish, wasabi mashed potatoes, bourbon glazed yams, brussels sprouts, cranberry relish, Reisling, banana coconut pie. . . .

"Everyone Loves Turkey" is unfolding here this evening...

AdvisorBoy's parents are driving South with their nasty little Lhasa that bites (his Mom is the Everyone Loves Raymond Mom times ten so let's all bow heads for just a sec and pray for me... amen).

Thanks Hounds! Happy Turkey to All.

I'm honored -- and in some damn fine company.

This is my daughter's first Thanksgiving actually cooking the whole kit and caboodle, so other than the Vidalia pies -- I used Inca Sweets and baked without a top crust this time -- and the smoked turkey legs with Dr Pepper barbecue sauce for the grandkids, all I'm bringing is the wine and my appetite.
