Finally got the recipe for southern manhattan (served at Cuffs in Jury's Hotel)

After the first go round when I got two recipes that didn't make sense, I finally got a recipe that I was able to duplicate at home with great results: use Woodford Reserve in proportion that you normally would; substitute Southern Comfort for vermouth in the proportion that you would normally add vermouth (I use 3 parts bourbon and 1/2 to 1 part Southern Comfort depending on how steady my hand is) and a splash of the juice from the maraschino cherry bottle. And of course, the cherry. Yummy!
