Good Happy Hour in Portland

What are some good happy hour locales that feature great food and atmosphere? I've always liked Hubers, but one can only go there so often ;)

    We had truffle fries and drinks there often when the weather was warm, I really like Fenouil. Bluehour does a very nice Happy Hour also..and Sunday Brunch.

      Just went to Fenouil happy hour. Got a burger (supposedly Kobe beef), mussels, charcuterie plate, cheese plate, lobster beignets, truffle fries, a Perrier, salad.

      All for $44 (not including tip). Nobody was there. Of course, it was Monday afternoon.

      By the way, the food was very good.

        1001 ( NW Couch & 10th) is nice..open from 5:00 - 10:00 pm..

          Try Olea and Fenouil. They have happy hours.
