Your expert advice is needed!

Need some feedback on dress for dinner at Drago's, Mosca's & Tommy's. Want to be respectful but as comfortable as allowable. Ideal would be nice jeans, sweater, nice shoes, leather jacket but want to do the right thing.

Also, Commander's Palace best for Sunday Brunch or dinner? (Understand that dressy is called for here.)

All assistance is gratefully appreciated!

Let's see. Dragos is SUPER casual and although it has excellent cuisine, it is not a very posh place so you can wear just about anything. Tommy's attracts a rather well heeled crowd and I would venture to say that although casual in appearance, the dress code is a bit high end. Dressy casual is perfect. Mosca's is also very casual but you will not see too many in jeans. I keep hearing very disparaging remarks about Commander's Palace. In fact, every person who has been has been disappointed. WIth that said, they have always managed to do brunch very well, so I would recommend brunch for Commanders rather than dinner. It is much less expensive as well.

Thank you Mikey for the info. You have told me everything I needed to know just in time as we leave tomorrow morning. We are going to Commanders for brunch - I will let everyone know how it was. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Tommy's - I did not see anyone wearing jeans for dinner. Dress pants were worn.

Drago's - Jeans would be acceptable.

      Don't know about Mosca's.
