I just realized that I forgot to rinse the turkey before I placed it in the brine a couple of hours ago. Am I okay or should I take it out, rinse it, and brine it again?
It's in water right now, right? Well then, consider it rinsed. :-D
relax. you'll have NO problem.
I'm sure the brining and roasting will kill whatever bacteria might be on it if any.
