Try either Mendocino Farms (www.mendocinofarms.com ), which is in the Cal Plaza, or maybe Organic-to-Go (www.OrganicToGo.com ), which is in the Gas Tower Building.

There's also a place by the new Wolfgang Puck Express behind the LA Library, whose name I cannot recall right now ...

ipsedixit, I believe it's called LooseLeaf. I went there yesterday and was pretty pleased with the selections. They have a menu of made salad combos, or you can make your own. And great salad dressing options. Tad pricey, but so is Organic to Go. And I like LooseLeaf's selection of ingredients better than OTG.
