I've read the previous threads, but I have another question. Next weekend my SO and I are spending a three day weekend in The City. This is our first trip since he became disabled a year ago.We are staying at the St. Francis. He can walk short distances and climb perhaps one flight of stairs, but he otherwise needs a wheelchair. He also tires somewhat easily. Having our splurge dinner at the St.Francis would be a bonus because we would not have to cope with hauling ourselves & a wheelchair across town.

My two questions:
1. I am willing to eat just about anything that is not openly unhygenic; he is pretty conservative. How well would a somwhat picly eater fare?
2. How long does it take for a whole meal? I'm concerned about his stamina level.
