French 75/Chat Noir for Thanksgiving?

It turns out that we're going to have to go down to OC for Thanksgiving dinner with my in-laws, but no one is available to cook. Was just looking at the list on Open Table (provided by a hound on another post) and saw that these sister restaurants, which I think I've heard good things about in the past, still have reservations for T-day dinner for a reasonable price: $45 pp. Anyone ever tried this? Good/bad recent experiences? One thing: I browsed some earlier reviews, and for my current purposes, the "Frenchiness" of either restaurant is not an issue, as you can imagine. Thanks!
I had Thanksgiving at Chat Noir last year and it was quite good. The ambiance was lovely..it's such a beutifully decorated restaurant. The food was plentyful and tasty. Not a bad effort by a French restaurant. If I remember correctly, they have all of the traditional offerings and a few suprising options for the more adventerous. If I were going to be in town, I would go again this year.
