I want to make a pecan pie for Thanksgiving.
I've baked them before with great success.
This year I have a clear idea what I want
in it, but am having trouble finding a re-
cipe that matches my criteria.
I want to make a caramel-bourbon pecan pie.
Anyone out there have a recipe for me?

  1. There are some recipes I've seen that start by making a caramel sauce (boiling sugar and cream together), then stirring in the nuts, pouring into a par-baked crust, then baking off for another 20 minutes or so. Is this what you're after?
