New Years Eve dinner around the Financial District

I'm coming into town from LA for New Years Eve and I'm looking for a restaurant that is fun, has energy, and a nightlife scene of some sort (great food too!). We're staying in the Financial District, so a restaurant within a mile or so would be ideal. Open to any cuisine and not looking to spend more than $75-100pp.

A few recs a friend gave me were Frisson, Le Colonial, Paragon, Fringale and XYZ. They all look good on CitySearch, but I wanted to know what chowhounds thought of these or if there are better options. TIA

I second the suggestion for Myth. That's where my SO and I had dinner last year on NYE. It was great.
