Salmon fillet/leeks/red potatoes/sweet potatoes - recipe ideas?

Hi - have 300g of salmon fillet (no skin/bone), a bunch of baby leeks, lots of red potatoes and a sweet potato...does anyone have any recipe ideas for this? I was hoping to make a pie of some sort, and want to make it tonight while the salmon is still fresh. Thanks for your help.
