One great touch: They add fresh herbs like dill on top, after pouring the soup in your bowl. Also, the menu is presented on a huge flat-panel monitor. I plan to go back -- anyone else been? SF Soup Co. also puts fresh herbs (or cheddar cheese, or rice, or tortilla chips - depends on the soup) in there with the soup when you order it, which I agree is a nice touch.
