Recommendations for large business dinner downtown Dallas?

I am hosting a business dinner for ~25 people downtown Dallas. Recommendations? Good food is criteria #1 but at least a decent atmosphere is #2. Would like to go somewhere unique to Dallas. BBQ maybe? Thoughts?

I know that the concept is not unique to Dallas, but I recently attended a business dinner for about 30 people at Perry's. They had a set menu with wine service and everything was very good.
